Sportswomen Miesha Tate

 

Miesha Theresa Tate, born 18 August 1986 is an American mixed martial artist. She is a competitor in the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) and is a former UFC Women's Bantamweight Champion. Tate previously competed in Strikeforce, where she was an Strikeforce Women's Bantamweight Champion. Tate was vice-president of ONE Championship. She currently ranks 10 in UFC women's bantamweight rankings on October 3rd, 2022.



 



 Childhood and early life



 Tate was born to Michelle Tate in Tacoma (Seattle), Washington. She was raised by Robert Schmidt and Michelle. When she was a young boy Tate was often seen hanging out with the boys from her neighborhood at the playgrounds.
